Required for online payments

Stripe Account

Have access to an active Stripe account if you want to accept card payments through your restaurant website or app.

Have ready:

Your Stripe account login/access
Ability to create or provide the required API credentials
Business verification completed where Stripe requires it

You will enter the required Stripe credentials securely during setup.

Required for location services

Google Maps API

Have a Google Cloud project ready for the Maps and location services used by your restaurant ordering experience.

Have ready:

Google Cloud account access
A project with billing enabled where required
The API key used for address search, location verification and delivery-area functionality

You can add the Google Maps API details during onboarding.

During Onboarding

Everything else can be provided as you get started.

You do not need to collect every restaurant detail before beginning. Prepare these items as you move through onboarding.

Restaurant Details

Restaurant name, address, business email and contact information.

WhatsApp Number

The restaurant WhatsApp number you want customers and order communications to use.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery radius, fees, free-delivery threshold, pickup options and preparation time.

Opening Hours

Regular opening hours, holidays and any fulfilment availability rules.

Branding

Your logo, banners and brand assets. These can also be ordered from Menushell.

Domain

Your restaurant domain details. Domain connection instructions are provided when your setup is ready.

Management Details

Manager contact details and the information needed for management access.
