Cancellation is scheduled
Your request is recorded from the Owner Dashboard and future automatic subscription renewal is stopped.
Menushell keeps service cancellation and permanent data deletion under the Restaurant Owner's control. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Submitting Disconnect My Service schedules cancellation; it does not immediately remove access you have already paid for.
Your request is recorded from the Owner Dashboard and future automatic subscription renewal is stopped.
Your ordering service continues normally through the exact Paid Through date already attached to your subscription.
At the end of the paid period, Menushell disconnects online ordering and the 90-day retention period begins.
During retention, an eligible successful subscription payment can reactivate the service and cancel the pending deletion.
If the service is not reactivated, restaurant data is permanently deleted after the 90-day retention period.
Delete My Restaurant Data is a separate immediate permanent-deletion action available in Service & Data Controls. Use it only when you want applicable restaurant data erased without waiting for the normal cancellation retention lifecycle.
Permanent means permanent: Menushell does not keep a separate copy of your restaurant data before or after permanent deletion. Once deletion has completed, Menushell cannot restore that deleted restaurant data.
If cancellation has been scheduled but is not yet effective, use the available service controls to keep your services. During the retention period, a successful eligible subscription payment can reactivate the restaurant before permanent deletion occurs.
If you are unsure which action is appropriate, contact us before using permanent deletion.
