Menushell Policies

Refund Policy

Menushell follows a clear no-refund policy for payments made against its services. Refunds or account adjustments are made only where Menushell verifies a genuine billing error.

All payments are final and non-refundable

All Payments Made to Menushell Are Final.

All payments made to Menushell for any service are non-refundable. A refund or account adjustment will only be made where Menushell verifies that a billing error has occurred.

No refund is due because a service is cancelled, unused, partially used or no longer required.

Service cancellation, account closure or permanent restaurant data deletion does not create a right to a refund for any payment already made.

01

Payments Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to payments made for Menushell services, including but not limited to:

  • Website ordering setup fees.
  • Monthly subscription fees.
  • Website Orders packages.
  • Website Orders + Branded Mobile App packages.
  • Branded mobile app services.
  • Menu upload services.
  • Logo design services.
  • Banner design services.
  • Any other paid Menushell service or separately quoted service.
02

Service Cancellation

Cancelling or disconnecting a Menushell service does not entitle the restaurant, account holder or payer to a refund for amounts already paid.

Cancellation stops the service relationship going forward. It does not reverse or refund correctly billed payments already made.
03

Restaurant Data Deletion

Permanent deletion of restaurant data is separate from billing and does not create a refund entitlement for any previous payment.

Choosing to permanently erase restaurant data does not reverse setup fees, subscription charges or payments for any other Menushell service.

04

Unused or Partially Used Services

Refunds are not provided because a service was unused, partially used or no longer required.

  • Non-use of the service.
  • Partial use of the service.
  • Business closure or suspension.
  • Change in business circumstances.
  • Change of mind.
  • Decision not to continue using a purchased service.
  • Account closure or service disconnection.
05

Billing Errors — The Only Exception

Menushell may issue a refund or account adjustment only where a genuine billing error has been verified by Menushell.

Examples may include:

  • A duplicate charge.
  • An incorrect amount charged.
  • A payment applied in error.
  • Another confirmed billing discrepancy.
A billing correction is not an exception to the no-refund policy for correctly billed services.
06

Reporting a Billing Error

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact Menushell and provide enough information for the charge to be reviewed.

Where available, include:

  • Restaurant or account name.
  • Account holder or payer name.
  • Payment date.
  • Amount charged.
  • Transaction or payment reference.
  • A brief explanation of the suspected billing error.
  • Supporting evidence where relevant.
07

Approved Billing Corrections

After reviewing the payment, Menushell will determine whether a verified billing error exists and whether the appropriate correction should be made as a refund or account adjustment.

Any approved correction applies only to the verified billing discrepancy. Correctly billed service payments remain non-refundable.

Cancellation or Data Deletion Does Not Create a Refund Right.

Service Cancellation

Disconnecting or cancelling Menushell does not make payments already made refundable.

Permanent Data Deletion

Deleting restaurant data does not make any setup, subscription or service payment refundable.
