Use Store Status to control whether the restaurant is accepting orders and choose how Shop Hours Control works with the weekly schedule.
Open Store Settings
From the restaurant dashboard, open Store Settings. This guide focuses on Store Status and Shop Hours Control.
Check the current Store Status
The Store Status control shows the restaurant’s current order-acceptance state. In the captured screen, the store is set to Open (Accepting Orders).
Change the Store Status when required
Use the Store Status selector when you need to change the restaurant’s current status. Confirm the intended state before saving your Store Settings.
The open state is explicitly labelled Open (Accepting Orders). Use the status control deliberately when changing whether the restaurant should accept orders.
Choose Shop Hours Control
The Shop Hours Control setting determines how the restaurant’s opening hours are controlled. The captured configuration is Automatic — use weekly schedule.
Use the automatic weekly schedule
With Automatic — use weekly schedule selected, Store Settings uses the restaurant’s configured weekly schedule for shop-hours control.
The detailed day-by-day opening and closing times are managed in the Weekly Opening Hours section. This guide focuses on the Store Status and Shop Hours Control settings.
Save the Store Settings
After choosing the required Store Status and Shop Hours Control option, select Save Store Settings to save the configuration.
You can now identify the restaurant’s current order-acceptance status and configure Shop Hours Control to use the weekly opening schedule.
